Business Flash Events

Are you looking for a new and crazy way to promote your business?

Hire the crew at Black Velvet Ink to help you out! Flash tattoos are a great way to have your customers remember your business every single day! We offer in and out of the studio packages. Here are some details:

In Studio - What we provide:

  • Our studio space for 3-4 hours free of charge

  • Photo Booth with ring light and decor (either provided by us or your business)

  • A custom flash sheet with 6-12 designs based on your business concept

  • Snacks & water

  • 1-5 artists based on ticket sales and availability. We can accommodate up to 50 tattoos/tickets (One tattoo per ticket)

In Studio - What you provide:

  • A method to sell the tickets (Eventbrite has worked best in the past)

  • Extension to the ticket your business will provide (i.e. product sample, class coupon, etc)

  • Decor if desired

  • 2-3 helpers for front desk and photo booth

*Our minimum ticket price is $100. This ticket will cover a basic outline “as is” tattoo from the predrawn flash sheet. If the client would like simple black shading they can pay a $20 cash upcharge at the event. If they would like color they can schedule a separate appointment at a later date.

*After the $100 base price, the business can add whatever upcharge amount they wish to cover their expenses and their offer on the ticket.

*Events can be scheduled Friday, Saturday or Sunday based on availability. We require a minimum of one (1) month notice to book an event. A minimum of five (5) tickets must be sold at least four (4) days before the scheduled event or the event may be canceled.

Outside Studio Events:

Pricing for events located outside of our studio start at $1000. This price covers insurance, travel, two licensed artists and a custom drawn flash sheet. Tattoos will be a minimum of $100 and the business can decide if they themselves or the customers pay.
